Post Mother’s Day Wine Dinner

Skip the crowds this Mother’s Day and join us the following Tuesday instead!

In honor of Mom, Executive Chef Josh Chapman, has prepared a dinner that is both light and luxurious. Each course takes advantage of the freshest provisions of the season and are paired with equally refreshing wines that have been personally selected by a representative of Mutual Wines. Mutual is a family operated and locally owned distributor from North Carolina, who will also be introducing guests to several selections from North Carolina based, Childress Vineyards.

Join us for $103 per person, inclusive of tax and gratuity.

3rd Course
Sunflower Seed Crusted Tenderloin of Beef over Barley & English Pea Risotto, Fennel, Demi-Glace, and Red Wine Reduction
Pairing: Cline, Cashmere Exquisite Red Blend 2016

4th Course
Seasonal Berries & Dark Chocolate with Puffed Grain Tuille and Mascarpone & Violas
Pairing: Childress Vineyards Blanc de Blanc Brut with a splash of Blueberry Dessert Wine
