Westmoreland & Scully is a company that creates a strong link between our two distinct food-service operations, the Asheville community, and the world. Kevin and Joe take pride in making sure that as a group, we are part of this thriving and unique area. This means making sure that our staff and our guests are well taken care of, and that we are sustainable as an organization.
Starting in 2004, with a strategic alliance with Eliada and Manna Food Bank, we have touched many lives, expanding our reach to be of service to the many local non-profits, local farms, and other organizations. We are Certified Green at Corner Kitchen and are in the process of attaining Green certification at Chestnut. We support recycling company wide and we also compost extensively using our friends at Danny’s Dumpster to help create a responsible consciousness among our employees and all independent Asheville restaurants.
